Abstract: In this paper, we develop a model of supply chain network, in which both physical and B2Celectronictransactionsare used bymanufacturersand the manufacturers’ risk is considered in the formulation. The model includes various decision makers including manufacturers, retailers and consumers. And the demands associated with the consumers are random. We formulate the equilibrium state of the network by using the theory of finite-dimensional variational inequality. Therefore the supply chain network equilibrium model is established under dual channels with production capacity constraints and price control, in turn, the logarithmic-quadratic proximal prediction-correction algorithm is designed to calculate the network equilibrium pattern. Several numerical examples are given to illustrate the impact of price ceiling, capacity constrains and production risk upon the network equilibrium prices and product shipments. The results show that when the government imposes a binding price ceiling on competitive markets, a shortage of the goods arises, the total profit of manufacturers and the retailers will decrease, and such situation will be more serious in the existence of production capacity constraints. When the risk of manufactures without the capacity constraints is considered, profit allocation between the manufacturers and the retailers will change, and the manufacturers will be insensitive on the risk level with the capacity constraints.
