制造业产业集聚对生态城市建设影响的定量研究——基于CR4指数的实证研究

【摘 要】生态城市的建设和发展离不开产业集聚的支撑和支持,高度的产业集聚有助于协调好城市经济、城市环境发展之间的关系。参照国家环境保护部组织修订的《生态县、生态市、生态省建设指标》,选取数据相对比较齐全的“农民年人均纯收入”、“第三产业比重”、“森林覆盖率”、“单位GDP能耗”、“城镇化水平”、“工业固体废物处置利用率”6项指标,应用衡量产业集聚水平的CR4指数,通过主成分分析法建立了综合CR4指标,以及衡量生态城市建设水平的综合指标。产业集聚对生态城市建设影响的定量分析表明:科技水平的提高有助于生态城市的建设;社会经济的发展有牺牲生态环境的倾向;人们认知水平的提高能够促进生态城市建设;产业聚集程度的提高会带来生态城市建设水平的提高。
Industrial Agglomeration and Eco-City Construction An Empirical Study Basing onCR4Index

Abstract Construction and development of eco-city require the support of industrial agglomeration. High industrial agglomeration is helpful tobalance relations between city economy and city environment. Refered to Construction Indicators of Eco-town, Eco-city and Eco-provincerevised by the National Ministry of Environmental Protection, the article selected per capita annual net income of rural households, proportion of tertiary industry, coverage rate of forest, unit GDP energy consumption, urbanization degree, and utilization rate of industrial solid waste treatment, ahich are indicators with comparatively complete data, usedCR4indicator that measure the level of industrial agglomeration, and established integratedCR4indicator, and integrated indicators that can measure eco-city construction level, by using principal component analysis. The guantitative analysis of influence of industrial agglomeration on eco-city construction shows that : techonoly level improvement can help construct eco-city; social economy development has tendency of sacrifying eco-environment; improvement of human.s knowledge can promote eco-city construction; improvement of industrial agglomeration level will improve eco-city construction level.
